RetroSolver is a team retrospective platform that enables teams to:
- Create and manage sprint retrospectives
- Add, organize, and vote on feedback cards
- Collaborate in real-time with team members
- Generate action items and track outcomes
- Export retrospective data and reports
- Receive AI-generated insights (with your consent)
3. User Accounts
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RetroSolver and its licensors.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Subscription and Payments
RetroSolver offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The content of your retrospectives belongs to you. We process this data only to provide the Service and, with your explicit consent, to generate AI-powered insights.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
SERVICE "AS IS"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RETROSOLVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
